The products purchased on Gatti a Pois are sold directly by Via delle Calle srl with registered office in Italy, Via Dei Cascella 18A Vasto (CH). The offer and sale of products through the are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale. The General Conditions of Sale are formulated in compliance with the legislation on contracts concluded away from commercial premises and in particular with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code).

3 Parties to the contract

The parts of the contract are as follows:

Customer: the person (natural person or other legal entity acting for purposes not attributable to his or her business) who, identified through website, has completed an order that has been accepted by Via Delle Calle SRL

4 Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

1. By placing the order in the manner provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Conditions of Sale. Via Delle Calle SRL reserves the right to vary the General Conditions of Sale by giving notice on this page of the site. The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in force at the time the order is placed. Any changes will be effective after publication on the site.
2. Once the online purchase procedure has been concluded, the Customer will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of articles 49 et seq. Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 on distance selling.

5 Methods of purchase

1. The Customer can only purchase the products present on the site at the time the order is forwarded, which can be viewed online at the address (URL) as described in the relative information sheets. All purchase support information is to be understood as simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of a single product.
2. The products are offered at the price indicated on the site on the date the order is placed. The prices are inclusive of VAT which will be highlighted in detail on the invoice issued for the purchase of the product. Prices do not include transport and delivery costs, however displayed before sending the order in the shopping cart and on the payment confirmation page, as well as specified in the order receipt confirmation email sent to the Customer. We always strive to ensure the correctness of the information published on the site.
3. The phases for placing the order and for concluding the purchase contract are clearly highlighted in the sequence of pages of the site through explanatory texts and graphics. In particular, it is advisable to read the information on the withdrawal which can be memorized and printed at any time. Before sending the order it is possible to correct any errors in data entry.
4. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Via Delle Calle SRL by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of execution of the order and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication with Gatti a Pois. The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document.
5. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, for any reason, Via Delle Calle SRL guarantees timely communication to the Customer.

6 Methods of payment

1. Credit card:

The payment system currently accepts cards from the Mastercard, Visa and Maestro circuits; In cases of purchase of goods with Credit Card payment method, together with the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference bank will proceed to authorize the credit for the amount relating to the purchase made. The transaction will be authorized at the time of the order.
1.1 In the event of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in the event of non-acceptance of the same by Via Delle Calle SRL, the cancellation of the transaction will be requested by Gatti a Pois at the same time. The cancellation times, for some types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system. Once the transaction has been cancelled, under no circumstances can Via Delle Calle srl be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by a delay in the non-repayment of the amount by the banking system.
1.2 Via Delle Calle SRL reserves the right to ask the Customer for additional information (for example the landline telephone number) or to send copies of documents proving ownership of the Card used. In the absence of the requested documentation, Via Delle Calle SRL reserves the right not to accept the order.

3. COD:

In case of purchase on delivery, an additional contribution (€ 4) will be applied to the total amount, clearly highlighted when choosing the payment method. Payment must be made exclusively with cash, exclusively up to amounts of €999.99 (pursuant to Legislative Decree 201/2011, art. 12); THEIn the event of non-payment by the customer, for orders shipped with the "Payment on delivery" method, the costs of the right to pay on delivery and any costs of storage will be charged, through the Credit Recovery Company which will be authorized to charge all costs incurred by Viadellecalle srl for expenses requested by the recovery institution.

4. Bank Transfer

By choosing payment by bank transfer, the goods will be sent only upon receipt of the current transfer. This payment method is recommended for orders of a certain value, in order not to have to pay additional costs by GLS on delivery. 7 Delivery methods and costs

1. Gatti a Pois can only accept orders for delivery in the national territories indicated in the options present in the order form. ATTENTION: Carefully check the data entered in the "billing address" field, once the order has entered the shipping process, the content of the receipt or receipt can only be changed with timely communication to our official email The invoice will be addressed to the address entered in the billing field at the time of purchase and it will not be possible to address the invoice to a different name or address. No change in the invoice will therefore be possible.

2. Delivery costs are invoiced on the basis of the rates indicated on the Site or communicated by Customer Service on the date on which the order was sent. The consignee of the goods is responsible for paying the taxes and customs duties required by the legislation in force in the territory of destination of the products. The Courier is responsible for the delivery.

3. Unless explicitly indicated by our Customer Service, delivery is understood to be at street level. For delivery to the FLOOR there is a GLS supplement of €10. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
– that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent in advance by e-mail;
– that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately notified, placing a WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the courier's proof of delivery.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 8 days of delivery by e-mail to the address
6. In the event of failure to collect the material in storage at the courier's warehouses within 3 working days due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled; in this case Via Delle Calle SRL will refund the sum received as payment, net of the costs for the attempted and unsuccessful shipment and the storage.

7. If the Customer is wrong to provide the delivery address when ordering, or will provide it incomplete (for example: at a Bar or Commercial Activity or Company) Viadellecalle srl will charge any extra costs for the new delivery to the aforementioned Customer. Remember to fill in all the fields correctly, including the mobile phone number and the street number following your street.

8 Right of withdrawal for Gatti a Pois products

The customer has the right to withdraw from any order concerning Gatti a Pois Products, without giving any reason or communicating the problem encountered by contacting the Gatti a Pois website. If the customer intends to return the purchased products, he only has the duty to return the goods at his own expense to the headquarters (subject to communication of the intent) of Gatti a Pois, in Via Ancona n.3 66054 Vasto (Ch), once received the Goods, the status will be checked, the Shipping Costs for the First Shipment will be separated and the Refund will take place within 5 working days. In the case of Stockings or EMBROIDERED Items, the cost of the handmade WORK of our seamstresses will also be separated from the refunded amount, the costs are those shown on the site. Information regarding the right of withdrawal or exchange of goods (pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter (h) of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 "Consumer Code")
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last ordered good. In the event of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day term starts from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform Gatti a Pois of the decision to withdraw from this contract through any explicit declaration to that effect (for example, with a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). It is also possible to electronically fill in and submit the standard withdrawal form or any other explicit declaration to that effect via the Gatti a Pois website. If the customer intends to return the purchased products, he only has the duty to return the goods at his own expense to the headquarters (subject to communication of the intent) of Gatti a Pois, in Via Ancona n.3 66054 Vasto (Ch), once received the Goods, the status will be checked, the Shipping Costs for the First Shipment will be separated and the Refund will take place within 5 working days. After this, Gatti a Pois will send an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay. The deadline set for the withdrawal is considered respected if the customer sends his declaration before the expiry of the term of 14 days starting from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer himself, acquires physical possession of the last ordered good. In the event of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day term starts from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the last good.

Effects of withdrawal or Exchange of Goods
Following the withdrawal from this contract, Gatti a Pois will reimburse all payments made by the purchaser, excluding the outward and return delivery costs of the package. There are two methods for exchanging goods, you can choose the one that best suits you:
1) Go to the post office or via your courier, you will send the item to be exchanged to Gatti a Pois via Ancona 3 66054 Vasto (CH), as soon as we receive your item, at our expense (only for the first exchange) we will send you the item of different size. For further changes, both the outward and return journeys will be at your expense, therefore we recommend the Exchange service shown below
2) With the GLS Exchange Service, you can stay comfortably at home and wait for GLS to bring you the New Item of a Different Size and at the same time deliver the item to be exchanged. Gatti a Pois will take care of setting everything up, after receiving your request via Chat or Mail If you choose this method at the time of the change, GLS will collect €10 in cash, to be released to the boy making the change. The only mandatory clause to obtain the Withdrawal is not to detach the jumpers from the socks or, in the case of T-Shirts and Boxers, the various labels applied to them. Once the cardboard JACKETS have been detached and sewn to the socks, it will be impossible to ask for a refund or exchange. These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase, unless otherwise established. The refund may be suspended until Gatti a Pois receives the returned products or until the customer demonstrates that the goods have been shipped, if earlier. The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the sales contract. It is always advisable to find an agreement with Gatti a Pois, for a possible replacement of goods rather than a return, considering that often the costs to be incurred by the Customer for GLS exceed the value of the goods. The Products must be returned - correctly packaged in the their original packaging, undamaged, damaged or soiled and equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation; it is very important for Gatti a Pois Socks that the U-bolt is intact - equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging), so as to allow Gatti a Pois to identify the customer (Order number, name, surname and address ); – without manifest signs of use, if not those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the article (they must not bear traces of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as not to allow resale). If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective.

Right of Exchange

With regard to any change in the size or color of the socks or T-shirts, the customer is asked not to remove the socks or tags from the aforementioned garments, and to contact the serious customer immediately either via e-mail or via chat. 11 Applicable law

The sales contract between the Customer and Via Delle Calle SRL is understood to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Vasto.
